Apple Cinnamon Chip Pancakes
- 1 whole Apple, Shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 cup Milk
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 3/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 cups Quick Oats
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 3/4 cups Cinnamon Chips
- Butter Or Oil, For The Griddle
- 1.treheat your griddle or pan (I preheated mine to 300u0b0F).
- 2.tlice apple and remove core.
- 3.tsing a fine grater, grate the apple.
- 4.tdd your honey, eggs, vanilla and milk and mix until the milk is incorporated.
- 5.tn a large bowl, combine your dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, oats and salt). Gently stir until combined.
- 6.tdd your apple mix to your dry flour mix and stir until fully incorporated. You may need to ad a bit more milk until it reaches your desired consistency.
- 7.ttir in your cinnamon chips.
- 8.tutter (or oil) your griddle and pour about 1/3 cup of batter on the griddle.
- 9.took until bubbles start to form and flip. Cook for about 2-3 more minutes. Remove.
- 10.terve with syrup and enjoy.
