Crunchy Chicken Casserole
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 2 Tbsp. pimiento, sliced
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. chopped toasted almonds
- 1/4 c. chopped cashew nuts
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. green onion
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1/4 c. shredded American or Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
- In a large greased casserole, toss together first 6 ingredients.
- Mix together next 6 ingredients and spread over chicken mixture.
- Add eggs.
- Sprinkle with cheese and chips.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for about 30 minutes or until heated.
