Banana-Garam Masala Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Combine the mashed bananas, eggs, oil, vanilla, honey and milk in a large bowl. Add 3/4 cup of granulated sugar and whisk to combine.
  3. Add the cake flour, garam masala and baking powder and whisk the mixture to get rid of any lumps.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased jumbo muffin pan (my pan makes 6 muffins).
  5. In a small bowl combine the remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar and the cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the tops of the muffins. Bake for 55 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean. Enjoy!
