Milk Chocolate & Peanut Butter Bars
- FOR THE CRUST:
- 1 box Milk Chocolate Cake Mix (18.25 Oz. Box)
- 1/2 cups Cold Butter, Cut Into 1" Slices
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten

- FOR THE FILLING:
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar (plus More For Garnish)
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0F.
- For the crust:
- In a large bowl, add cake mix and butter slices. Mix with a pastry blender or fork until crumbly. Add beaten egg and mix until well combined and mixture is moistened. Press into a 9" x 13" glass baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Set aside.
- For the filling:
- In a mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and peanut butter, beating with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, continue beating until well combined. Add powdered sugar about half a cup at time, until smooth and all sugar is incorporated. Stir in milk chocolate chips. Pour over the crust and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar. Allow to cool completely before slicing. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
