Farmer'S Casserole

  1. Grease a 2-qt. square baking dish.
  2. Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese, ham and green onions.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, pepper and salt.
  5. Pour egg mixture over potatoes in dish.
  6. (The dish may be covered and refrigerated for several hours or overnight at this point, if you wish.)
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40-45 minutes (55-60 minutes if dish was put into the oven cold), or until center appears set.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes.
  9. 6 servings.
