Cinnamon Crunch Coffee Cake
- FOR THE COFFEE CAKE:
- 3/4 cups Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 3/4 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 3/4 cups Walnuts Or Pecans, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F and lightly grease a 9x13" pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar. baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well-combined. Alternate additions of flour and yogurt and beat well after each addition.
- Spoon batter into the pan (it will be fairly thick) and smooth the top.
- In a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over the batter.
- Bake 30-35 minutes until crust is dark, golden brown and crispy.
