Red, White And Blue Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. In a medium bowl, mix the oats, flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  2. In the bowl of your mixer, beat the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Scrape the sides of the bowl and beat in the eggs, adding them one at a time. Slowly add the oats mixture, making sure to mix well after each addition. Stir in the cranberries, blueberries and chocolate chips.
  3. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes and then remove cookies to a wire rack to cool.
  4. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
  5. Enjoy!
