- FOR THE COOKIES:
- 3/4 cups Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 2 Tablespoons Pistachio Pudding Mix

- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon White Sugar
- 2 drops Green Food Coloring
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- _____
- FOR THE GLAZE:
- 1/4 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1/4 cups Powdered Sugar
- Preheat your oven to 375u0b0F.
- In a medium-sized bowl mix together your flour, baking soda, and pudding mix.
- In another bowl beat together your butter, egg, sugars, food coloring, and extract. Combine the two mixtures, cover in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 2 hours. When ready, fashion those bad boys into medium-sized balls.
- Place each cookie ball onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 375u0b0F for about 10 minutes (just keep an eye on them). The bottoms might be slightly browned but I will promise you the inside is simply divine. They also hold up quite well-little puffs of joy!
- The white chocolate glaze is a handful of white chocolate chips (1/4 cup), 2 tablespoons of milk, and enough powdered sugar (1/4 cup or more) to thicken it to your liking. Simply microwave the chocolate and milk at 50% power for 30 second bursts at a time (stir between bursts) until melted then add in the powdered sugar.
- Drizzle glaze over cooled cookies.
