Easy Peanut Butter Power Bars
- FOR THE BARS:
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Maple Syrup, Or Agave Nectar (or A Combination Of Both)
- 3 cups Quick Cooking Oats (if Using Old Fashioned Oats, Use 1/2 Cup Less)
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt

- FOR THE OPTIONAL ADD-INS:
- 1/8 cups Protein Powder
- 1/4 cups Chopped Nuts
- 1/4 cups Dried Fruit
- 1/4 cups Chocolate Chips (dark Works Great)
- In a medium pot, over medium heat, mix peanut butter and syrup. Heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to bubble and melt down. Stir in oats, salt, and any other add-ins that you like. Press down into a lightly greased 8 x 10 baking dish, and allow to cool and set (you can place it in the fridge). Cut into desired bar shapes and enjoy!
