Cowboy Potatoes
- 1 bag Southern Style Hash Browns
- 1 block Large Velveeta Cheese
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 8 ounces, fluid Sour Cream
- 1 box Small Corn Flakes
- 1 stick Butter
- 1. Preheat oven to 350F.
- 2. Place potatoes in glass 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
- 3. Melt cheese and soup together.
- 4. Stir in sour cream, pour mixture over potatoes.
- 5. Take cornflakes out of box and smash them up in the bag.
- 6. Melt butter and pour into bag of smashed cornflakes; mix together. You can add a little more butter if you need to.
- 7. Now pour the cornflake mixture over the potatoes and cheese.
- 8. Place in the oven for about 30 - 45 minutes until you can see the side of the glass pan turning golden brown.
- *Better when served hot/warm.
