Cowboy Potatoes

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. 2. Place potatoes in glass 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
  3. 3. Melt cheese and soup together.
  4. 4. Stir in sour cream, pour mixture over potatoes.
  5. 5. Take cornflakes out of box and smash them up in the bag.
  6. 6. Melt butter and pour into bag of smashed cornflakes; mix together. You can add a little more butter if you need to.
  7. 7. Now pour the cornflake mixture over the potatoes and cheese.
  8. 8. Place in the oven for about 30 - 45 minutes until you can see the side of the glass pan turning golden brown.
  9. *Better when served hot/warm.
