Peach Crisp

  1. For the oatmeal mixture: In a bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse peas.
  2. For the peaches: In a separate bowl, peel, pit and slice peaches. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and almond extract. Toss to coat.
  3. Rub 4 large ramekins with butter and spoon peaches into the bottom of the dishes. Top with oatmeal mixture.
  4. Bake at 375-400u0b0F for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
