Light Avocado Dressing And Spread (Ww Friendly)
- 5 ounces, weight Avocado, Weight After Pitting And Peeling
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cups Light Mayo, Made With Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Light Sour Cream
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 dash Cayenne Pepper
- Peel and pit the avocado, mash in a bowl with lemon juice. Add to a food processor or blender. Chop onion, mince garlic. Add onion, garlic and all other ingredients to the food processor or blender. (Use as much or as little cayenne as you like for extra zip!) Blend well until it is a nice creamy consistency.
- Spread on turkey burgers, sandwiches, fish tacos, etc.
- Note: You can add cumin, cilantro, peppers, tomatos, lime and other spices/flavors to this to make it your own.
