Perfectly Spicy Michelada
- 2 Tablespoons Medium Coarse Ground Salt
- 2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- Ice
- 1/4 cups Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Hot Sauce Like Tapatio
- 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 bottle (12 Oz. Bottle) Mexican Beer
- Mix the salt and cayenne pepper together on a small plate. This will be used to salt your rim.
- Take your lime wedge and run it around the rim of the glass .
- Salt the rim of the glass by dipping it into the plate with the cayenne salt mixture on it.
- Now fill the glass with desired amount of ice.
- Pour in the lime juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Give it a good ol' mix wth a spoon then slowly pour in the beer to the top of the glass. Garnish the drink with a lime wedge then take a swig. After you've had a few sips, pour the rest of that sparkly beer goodness right on top and continue to enjoy.
