Chicken Kabob Supreme

  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces; set aside.
  2. Combine oil, soy sauce, wine, corn syrup, sesame seed, lemon juice, garlic powder and ginger; mix well.
  3. Add chicken.
  4. Cover and marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
  6. Alternate chicken, pineapple and vegetables on skewers. Grill about 6 inches from medium-hot coals for 15 to 20 minutes, or until done, turning and basting often with marinade.
  7. Makes 6.
