Nutella Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
- 1 whole Egg
- 1-1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2/3 cups Nutella
- Heat oven to 375u0b0F.
- Cream butter, sugars, and peanut butter together. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
- Add dry ingredients: flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Slowly stir in Nutella.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop dough onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly brown and still soft. Enjoy with a cup of milk!
