Hard-Boiled Egg Cookies
- 1 whole Hard Boiled Egg, Peeled And Mashed
- 7 ounces, weight All-purpose Flour
- 3-5/8 ounces, weight Butter, Cold And Cut Into Small Chunks
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1-7/8 ounces, weight White Sugar
- 50 dashes Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 5-1/3 ounces, weight Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- Mash the egg. Combine all ingredients (except chips) by hand, or using a food processor and process until mixture comes together. Add chocolate chips and combine by hand using a wooden spoon or clean hands.
- Make golfball sized balls of cookie dough and place them on parchment-lined baking sheets. Flatten balls of dough slightly with your hand. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove cookies from the oven and let them sit on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
