Banana Chocolate Chip Breakfast Bake
- 1/4 cups Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Spelt Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Cacao Nibs
- 1/2 whole Small Banana, Mashed
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Milk
- 1/2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- Preheat oven to 350 F and grease an oven-safe ramekin.
- Combine dry ingredients (oats through cacao nibs in a small bowl). Set aside.
- Combine remaining wet ingredients in another small bowl and mash/whisk together. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until combined. Pour batter into the ramekin and bake for about 20 minutes until fully cooked.
- Note:
- If you don't use the protein powder start with 1 tablespoon milk and only add more if the batter is too dry.
