Fantastic Fruit Muffins

  1. Sift flour, soda and salt together into large mixing bowl.
  2. Add all other ingredients and stir well.
  3. Place in container (gallon glass jar works well) and put into refrigerator.
  4. Use as needed (makes 3 dozen or more).
  5. This will keep up to six weeks.
  6. The mixture turns darker and gets even better in time.
  7. Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes.
