Sunflower Chip Cookies
- 1 stick Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1-1/4 cup Sunflower Seed Butter
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1-3/4 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Covered Sunflower Seeds (or Chocolate Chips)
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- Cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the sunflower seed butter and mix well. Add the egg and vanilla extract and continue to beat until smooth.
- Combine the flour, baking powder and salt together then add to the wet ingredients. Mix in the chocolate-covered sunflower seeds.
- Form small balls from tablespoonfuls of dough and press down gently on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until puffy and golden.
