Farmhouse Pie
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 16 ounces, weight Cool Whip, Thawed In The Fridge, Divided
- 1 box (large 6-serving Size) Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 4 cups Whole Milk, Divided
- 1 box (large 6-serving Size) Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
- 2 whole Pie Shells, I Use Premade Oreo Shells
- Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in half of the Cool Whip. Divide equally between the two prepared pie shells.
- Mix chocolate pudding mix with half of the cold whole milk until thick. Divide equally and spread on top of cream cheese mixture in the pie shells.
- Mix vanilla pudding mix with the remaining cold whole milk until thick. Divide equally and spread on top of the chocolate pudding in the pie shells.
- Divide the remaining Cool Whip and put as the top layer on each pie.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
