Peanut Butter Pudding Cookies
- 2-1/4 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 box (3 Oz. Size) Vanilla Pudding
- 3/4 cups Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Reese's Pieces
- 1 cup Dried Banana Chips, Chopped
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, pudding mix and set aside. In a large mixing bowl cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until fluffy. Add the eggs, vanilla, and honey and beat again. Slowly add the dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix. Stir in the chocolate chips, Reese's pieces, and banana chips by hand.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet, leaving 2 inches in between each cookie. Bake at 350u0b0F for 10 minutes. Cool on pan for 3-4 minutes, then remove to a wire rack. Store in a tightly covered container.
- Makes about 36 cookies.
