Peanut Butter Pretzel Brownies
- 6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Broken Pretzel Sticks, Broken
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In the bowl of your mixer, beat together the butter, peanut butter and brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract and set it aside.
- In a small bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add this into the mixer bowl a little at a time, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pretzel pieces.
- Spread batter into a lightly greased 9" baking dish.
- Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
