Sicilian Meat Roll

  1. Mix together the first 10 ingredients.
  2. Pat mixture into 12 x 9-inches on a large piece of wax paper or foil.
  3. Layer ham, then cheese over meat.
  4. Leave a 1-inch border.
  5. Roll like jelly roll from short end.
  6. Press ends and seam to seal.
  7. Put on lightly greased baking pan, seam side down.
  8. Smooth surface with spatula. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  9. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
