Spanish Pork Chops

  1. From a beef roast, set aside 2 cups roast beef; cut up along with diced onion, diced green and red pepper.
  2. You may use pimentos for color instead.
  3. Bring to a boil 2 cups of beef liquid; dissolve Knox gelatine.
  4. Mix in beef, onion and pepper.
  5. Pour into lightly buttered loaf pan and place into refrigerator until molded.
  6. Slice and serve.
  7. Some like to sprinkle with vinegar.
