Italian Salsa

  1. Place first 6 ingredients in to bowl of a food processor.
  2. Pulse for about 10 seconds to break the cheese into small pieces.
  3. Scrape sides and pulse again.
  4. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add lemon juice and basil and mix thoroughly.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Add tomato and avocado before serving.
  8. Serve chilled.
