Peanut Butter Oatmeal Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F and grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
  2. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and baking powder. In another bowl, whisk together milk, peanut butter, banana, egg, oil, and vanilla. Once mixed, add in the chopped strawberries.
  3. Add wet mixture to the dry mixture, stir well, but be careful not to over mix.
  4. Pour mixture into muffin pans, filling cups about 3/4.
  5. Bake for 22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out dry. Serve with some fresh strawberries and enjoy!
