Neapolitan Cheesecake Brownie Bars
- FOR THE BROWNIES:
- 1 box Brownie Mix, 18 Ounce Box
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1/2 cups Oil
- 1 package (15 Oz. Size) Berry Burst Ice Cream Flavored Oreos
- FOR THE CHEESECAKE:
- 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Oz Size)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 Oz. Can)
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- For the brownies:
- Mix the brownie mix, eggs, oil and water in a large bowl until combined. Spread 1/2 of the batter into a greased 9x13 pan. Cover the brownie batter with berry Oreos placed side by side. Cover the Oreos with the rest of the brownie batter.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- For the cheesecake:
- In another mixing bowl beat cream cheese, butter and cornstarch until fluffy. Beat in milk, egg and vanilla until smooth. Spoon cheesecake batter on top of the brownie batter.
- Bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
