Coffee Punch
- 6 cups Favorite STRONG Brewed Coffee
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 2 quarts Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 cups Milk
- 12 ounces, fluid Cool Whip
- 4 Tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
- The night before your even, make 6 cups of your favorite STRONG coffee. Mix in sugar and vanilla and set to chill overnight in your fridge.
- On the day of the event, remove vanilla ice cream from the freezer and allow it to begin to soften while you prepare the rest of the punch.
- Mix milk with chilled coffee mixture and pour all contents into a punch bowl. Blend in Cool Whip with a whisk until smooth and frothy. Gently spoon in large, thin, disk-like pieces of vanilla ice cream to float on top of the punch. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Leave the shaker of cinnamon-sugar mixture available for guests who prefer a sweeter coffee drink, to add more individually.
- Serves 15 generously.
