Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Squares
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 teaspoon Stevia, Or Preferred Sweetner
- 3/4 cups Milk (I Used Almond Milk)
- 1 whole Extra Ripe Banana, Mashed
- 4 Tablespoons All Natural Peanut Butter
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Grease an 8x8 pan with Pam.
- In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Add milk. Stir in mashed banana. Stir in peanut butter. Mix until well combined.
- Pour mixture into greased dish. Smooth out the top so it is even all around. Bake 20-22 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before serving. Cut into 4 squares. Serve on its own or in a bowl with additional milk.
- Freezer friendly directions: Prepare oatmeal squares as directed above. Allow squares to cool completely. Wrap each square in Saran wrap. Store wrapped oatmeal squares in a large freezer Ziploc bag. Freeze.
- When you want an oatmeal square or two, simply remove the square(s) from the freezer. Take off the plastic wrap. Set the square on a plate and microwave 1 minute and 30 seconds. Microwave times will vary accordingly so be sure to check after 1 minute.
