Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Grease an 8x8 pan with Pam.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Add milk. Stir in mashed banana. Stir in peanut butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour mixture into greased dish. Smooth out the top so it is even all around. Bake 20-22 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before serving. Cut into 4 squares. Serve on its own or in a bowl with additional milk.
  4. Freezer friendly directions: Prepare oatmeal squares as directed above. Allow squares to cool completely. Wrap each square in Saran wrap. Store wrapped oatmeal squares in a large freezer Ziploc bag. Freeze.
  5. When you want an oatmeal square or two, simply remove the square(s) from the freezer. Take off the plastic wrap. Set the square on a plate and microwave 1 minute and 30 seconds. Microwave times will vary accordingly so be sure to check after 1 minute.
