Peanut Butter And Honey Cookies
- 1 cup Peanut Butter (I Prefer PB & Co's Bees Knees)
- 1/2 cups Canola Oil
- 1 cup Honey
- 2 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 3 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 bag Reese's Peanut Butter Chips, 12 Ounces
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Set aside two ungreased baking sheets, or use a silpat, which is what I did.
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, oil, and honey. Add eggs, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix well. Mix in the Reese's chips.
- Shape dough into whatever size cookie you want and flatten with a fork if you want the criss-cross pattern on top of the cookie.
- Bake about 8 minutes or until just the tiniest bit brown on top-take them out while they're still mushy and not-yet-set if you like them extra chewy.
