Fruit Punch
- 3 qt. orange juice or 2 (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice concentrate, diluted 3 parts water to 1 part orange juice
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pt. strong hot tea
- 2 c. lemon juice
- 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
- 3 qt. ice water
- 1 qt. ginger ale, chilled
- orange, lemon, pineapple or strawberry slices to garnish
- 1 tea bag
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. orange juice
- 2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. chilled ginger ale
- Place 1
- tea
- bag in 1 cup boiling water.
- Steep 3 to 5 minutes.
- Remove
- tea bag.
- Cool tea.
- Combine tea with sugar, orange
- juice,
- pineapple juice and lemon juice.
- Chill.
- Just before
- serving,
- add ginger ale.
- Place in punch cups and top with
- a
- cool spoonful of refreshing sherbet, any flavor, take your pick.
- Makes 14 servings.
