- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups White Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 jar Nutella, 13 Ounce Jar, You Won't Use The Whole Jar, But Be Liberal With It
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl cream together the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
- In a small bowl mix together your flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix the dry ingredients into the creamed butter and sugar mixture.
- Drop teaspoonfuls (or use a small cookie scoop) of dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Make a criss cross on top of each with a fork to flatten the cookies.
- Bake for 10 minutes then remove the pan from the oven and allow cookies to cool.
- When cookies are completely cooled, flip half of them over. Spread the bottom of those cookies with a spoonful of Nutella, using as much as ya like. Then top the Nutella covered cookies with the remaining cookies (sandwich style).
