Baked Elvis Oatmeal
- 1/2 cups Oats (old Fashioned Or Quick Cooking)
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Natural, Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 whole Banana, Sliced Or Mashed
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly spray a small baking dish (I used a 4x6 rectangle) with non-stick cooking spray.
- Stir together oats, salt, cinnamon and chia seeds. Set aside.
- Combine peanut butter, milk, honey and vanilla in a medium bowl and mix until combined. Add the dry ingredients and the banana and stir until fully incorporated.
- Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 12-14 minutes. The edges will be lightly browned.
- Cassie's Notes:
- If you don't have chia seeds, flax seeds would be a great addition too, or you can leave them out altogether.
