Dulce De Leche Rice Krispie Treats
- 3 teaspoons Butter Or Margarine
- 1 package (10 Oz. Size) Regular Marshmallows (or 4 Cups Mini Marshmallows)
- 1/2 cups Dulce De Leche
- 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 6 ounces, weight White Chocolate Chips
- 4 ounces, weight Baker's Semi-sweet Chocolate Squares
- 1. In a large sauce pan, melt butter and marshmallows over low heat. Stir until completely melted.
- 2. Remove from heat. Add dulce de leche and stir until all incorporated.
- 3. Mix in the Rice Krispies. Add white chocolate chips and carefully blend into the Rice Krispies mixture. Some of the chocolate may melt.
- 4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan or a cookie sheet and spread it evenly with a piece of waxed paper.
- 5. Place in the fridge to cool.
- 6. When cooled, melt chocolate squares according to package directions and place in a piping bag or Ziploc bag with the tip snipped off. Drizzle the melted chocolate in diagonal pattern across the Rice Krispie treats.
- 7. Place the treats back in the fridge to cool.
- 8. Eat and enjoy!
