Fluffy Chocolate Buttercream
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened (you Can Use Margarine But The Flavor Will Not Be The Same)
- 1/3 cups Up To 3/4 Cup Of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Sifted (depending On How Dark Or Light You Want The Buttercream To Be)
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2-2/3 cups Confectioners Sugar (Sifted)
- 1/3 cups Un-whipped Whipping Cream
- Choose one of the following, based on how dark or light you want the buttercream to be:
- t/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted (for light)
- t/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted (for medium)
- t/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted (for dark rich)
- Directions:
- 1.tream the butter in a small bowl.
- 2.tombine the cocoa powder (the amount desired for a light, medium or dark flavor), vanilla, and confectioners' sugar. Then add the cocoa mixture into the creamed butter, adding it alternately with the cream.
- 3.teat with an electric mixer, until the desired texture is achieved.
