Chocolate Truffle Brownies
- 3/4 cups Melted Butter
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 whole Large Eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Whipping Cream Or Milk
- 3/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 7 whole Lindt Lindor Truffles, Assorted & Cut Up
- 1. Prepare a 9-inch square pan with Pam or butter, and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating for 1 minute after each addition. Then add the vanilla and cream or milk.
- 3. Combine the dry ingredients (not the truffles yet) in a separate bowl, then stir into the batter. Add the cut up truffles and just stir to combine.
- 4. Spread batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Do not overbake, brownies should be just slightly underbaked for best results. Cool completely, then cut into 12 squares.
