Chicken Ole Casserole
- 3 chicken breasts, boned and cut into 1-inch squares
- poultry seasoning
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- 1/2 c. white rice (uncooked)
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 small jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- salt
- pepper
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Season chicken with poultry seasoning; saute in oil and garlic powder until lightly browned.
- Drain and set aside.
- Cook broccoli and rice according to package directions.
- Mix rice, broccoli, cheese, soup and chicken.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Put in casserole dish and top with bread crumbs and melted butter.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
