Brownie Bite Footballs
- FOR THE BROWNIES:
- 1-1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cups Flour
- 3/4 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3 whole Eggs
- 3/4 cups Butter, Melted
- 1 cup Semi-sweet Morsels
- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Semi-sweet Morsels, Melted
- 2-1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Skim Milk
- 4 ounces, weight White Chocolate, Melted
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
- In large bowl mix all the brownie ingredients together until combined. Scoop by the tablespoonful into a silicone brownie bite pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack.
- Note: if you don't have a brownie bite pan, bake in a 13x9 pan for 25 minutes.
- For the frosting, beat butter, melted semi-sweet chocolate, powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency. Pipe onto brownie bites from one corner to opposite corner using a small star tip.
- Put melted white chocolate into a Ziploc bag, cut off corner. Pipe laces onto frosting. Enjoy!
