Best Chocolate Cake Ever (And Vegan Too)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1/4 cups Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cups Oil
- 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix the water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla in a measuring cup.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients with a whisk. The batter should be very runny.
- Grease an 8x8 pan and pour batter in, then sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350u0b0F for around 30-40 minutes depending on your oven's temperament.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar, slick on some frosting or serve with hot fudge and caramel (these make great cupcakes too!).
