Classic Cream Cheese Pie With Nutella & Strawberries
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 14 ounces, fluid Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/3 cups Lemon Juice
- 1 whole Prepared Graham Cracker Crust
- 8 whole Medium To Large Strawberries, Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Nutella
- 2 Tablespoons Sliced Almonds, Toasted
- Note: cook time is actually time to set up in refrigerator.
- Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice and continue to beat until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a graham cracker crust, cover and refrigerate for four hours.
- Cover pie with sliced strawberries. Heat Nutella in the microwave for about 2o seconds, stir well, and drizzle over the strawberries. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and serve.
