Passion Fruit And Yogurt Muffins
- 1/2 pounds, 1/8 ounces, weight All-purpose Flour
- 8 ounces, weight Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 whole Egg
- 2-1/8 ounces, weight Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 7 ounces, weight Vanilla Yogurt
- 8 whole Passion Fruit
- 3-5/8 ounces, weight White Chocolate Chips (Optional)
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Line a muffin tin with paper cases.
- 2. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 3. In another bowl, beat together the egg, the butter and the yogurt.
- 4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined. Add the flesh of the passion fruits and the chocolate chips and stir until just combined again.
- 5. Pour the mixture into the paper cases and bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
