Parmesan Roasted Baby Potatoes
- 1-7/8 ounces, weight Butter
- 1-7/8 ounces, weight Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1 pound Baby Potatoes, Scrubbed And Cut In Half
- Garlic Powder
- Other Seasonings (rosemary, Thyme Basil, Oregano, Etc), Optional
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
- 2. Put the butter into a microwave safe bowl. Melt butter for a few seconds in the microwave. Once melted, pour it into a rimmed baking sheet and spread it evenly across the bottom.
- 3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the butter then lightly sprinkle other seasonings all over the butter.
- 4. Place potato halves face down on the butter and seasonings. Place in preheated oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow potatoes to cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
