Apple-Cinnamon Chip Cookies
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoons Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Apple, Finely Chopped
- 1 cup Cinnamon Baking Chips
- Preheat the oven to 375 F. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil or parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, nutmeg, cloves, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
- In the bowl of your stand mixer, combine butter and sugars and beat on medium speed until creamy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix until fully incorporated. Add the flour mixture in 2 batches, mixing until fully incorporated after each batch.
- Stir in apples and cinnamon chips with a spoon. Use a small or medium cookie scoop to drop the dough onto lined cookie sheets and bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. For best results cook on the middle oven rack.
- Allow cookies to cool for 1 minute on the baking sheet, then remove them to cooling racks and cool completely.
