Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2-2/3 ounces, weight Wheat Flour And Oat Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Almond Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Line 1 baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set aside until needed.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add the olive oil, almond milk, and vanilla; stir to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop tablespoonfuls of dough into your hands and then shape the dough ball into a flat disk, about 1/4-inch thick. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the cookies for 5 minutes and then, using a flat spatula, press down the cookies to flatten them. Bake for another 2 minutes and then remove from the oven.
- Allow the cookies cool on the baking sheet until warm or at room temperature. Serve and enjoy!
- These cookies last up to 5 days in a sealed container.
