Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

  1. To make the dressing, pour buttermilk, vinegar, garlic, anchovies, pepper and cheese into a blender and mix well. Pour into a container and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  2. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place on four plates. Top with tomatoes, cheese and grilled chicken. Serve with the dressing.
  3. Serves 4.
