Strawberry Cake
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- eggs
- water
- 1 small pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 2 c. cold milk
- 1 small tub Cool Whip
- 1 small pkg. frozen strawberries
- Bake cake according to package instructions in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that is suitable for storage in the refrigerator, using amounts of egg and water indicated on the box.
- Cool cake, then poke holes in cake with a metal skewer.
- Dilute jello with hot water and slowly pour over cake.
- Prepare pudding according to package instructions.
- Spread over cake.
- Mash frozen strawberries (thaw slightly in microwave) and mix with Cool Whip.
- Spread strawberry mixture over cake.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
