Banana Bread Pie
- 1-1/2 cup Granular Splenda (or Sugar)
- 1-1/2 cup Instant Non-fat Dry Milk Powder
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- 6 Tablespoons Water
- 1 cup Ripe Bananas (about 2 Medium)
- 1/2 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cups Egg Substitute Or Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Whipped Topping, To Serve
- Note: You can use fat free margarine, sugar substitute, and reduced fat Bisquick for a truly delicious 176-calorie dessert.
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Spray a 9" pie pan with cooking spray; set aside. Place the Splenda, milk powder, butter and water into a medium mixing bowl. Blend until smooth. Scrape down sides of the bowl and add mashed bananas, Bisquick, egg substitute and vanilla. Pour batter into the prepared pie pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and a toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean. Let rest for 30 minutes, at least, before cutting. Serve with a dollop of whipped topping. Refrigerate any leftovers.
