Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300u0b0F.
  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and have fun mixing until combined. I always end up using my clean hands.
  3. Pour the granola onto a cooking sprayed baking sheet (I use a full sheet pan for this) and spread around until it is in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. (I use a large metal spatula and turn the granola over every 10 minutes for even cooking.)
  5. You'll be amazed at how it turns a beautiful brown color in the last 10 minutes.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes on the tray and then break up into smaller pieces.
  7. Great on yogurt, ice cream, as cereal or just all by itself!
  8. Makes 24 1/2-cup servings or 12 cups total.
  9. Enjoy!
