Granola
- 3 cups Oatmeal (I Only Use The 5-Minute Quick Kind)
- 1 cup Slivered Almonds
- 1 cup Chopped Cashews, Roasted, Unsalted
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans, Unsalted
- 1 cup Coconut, Sweetened Or Unsweetened (I Use Sweetened)
- 1/2 cups Sunflower Seeds, Roasted, Unsalted
- 1-1/2 cup Craisens
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Honey
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- Preheat oven to 300u0b0F.
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and have fun mixing until combined. I always end up using my clean hands.
- Pour the granola onto a cooking sprayed baking sheet (I use a full sheet pan for this) and spread around until it is in a single layer.
- Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. (I use a large metal spatula and turn the granola over every 10 minutes for even cooking.)
- You'll be amazed at how it turns a beautiful brown color in the last 10 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes on the tray and then break up into smaller pieces.
- Great on yogurt, ice cream, as cereal or just all by itself!
- Makes 24 1/2-cup servings or 12 cups total.
- Enjoy!
