Oyster Mushroom Sauce

  1. Drizzle olive oil in a hot pan. On medium heat, saute mushrooms until brown and tender then remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Saute garlic for 20 seconds then add all other ingredients. Allow to thicken.
  3. Add cooked mushrooms back into the sauce and warm. Ladle sauce over steak and serve.
  4. Tip: Prepare your steak by first seasoning with salt and pepper. Allow to get to room temperature. Searing is done by placing meat on a hot surface, be it a 600u0b0F grill or hot skillet. For medium rare, sear on both sides for 2 minutes, then close off air passages on grill or cover skillet with a lid and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes.
