Brownie S’Mores Whoopie Pies
- 1 box Betty Crocker Original Supreme Brownie Mix With Hershey's Syrup, 18 Ounce Box
- 1/4 cups Water
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/4 cups Canola Oil
- 1 package Hershey's S'mores Icing, Traditional Flavor, 16 Ounce Tub
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a deep bowl, stir brownie mix, pouch of Hershey's Syrup (that was included with the mix) as well as the water, oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Spread the batter in a thin layer onto the prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the brownies spring back when touched.
- Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Use a 2 inch circle cookie cutter to cut out the pie halves.
- Allow brownie circles to cool completely.
- When cooled, apply about a tablespoon of S'mores Icing onto half of the circles and place the remaining brownie circles on top.
