Brownie S’Mores Whoopie Pies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a deep bowl, stir brownie mix, pouch of Hershey's Syrup (that was included with the mix) as well as the water, oil, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Spread the batter in a thin layer onto the prepared cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the brownies spring back when touched.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Use a 2 inch circle cookie cutter to cut out the pie halves.
  8. Allow brownie circles to cool completely.
  9. When cooled, apply about a tablespoon of S'mores Icing onto half of the circles and place the remaining brownie circles on top.
